Sweet Potato Fries

There was a period of time in my early twenties when I was known for bringing one thing to parties. Sweet potato fries. I did not realize I had done it so many times, and when I offered to "bring something", I got an eye roll because everyone knew what it was going to be. "What, guys?" 🤗 They really don't travel well, and they don't look extremely appealing, but I have some lucky friends because they are so stinking good! 😂 And I still can't stop making them! They are a staple for us as a side for dinner, to pack in kids lunches, and even a snack with a dip like spinach-artichoke! ⭐️Preheat oven to 425F ⭐️Cut into wedges (I usually use 2 large sweet pototoes) ⭐️Toss with olive oil and your favorite seasonings. I love so many combinations, but my go-to is garlic salt, sea salt, & pepper. Sometimes I add some paprika, Jamaican jerk seasoning, and some red pepper flakes to mix it up. ⭐️Bake for about 15 minutes, flip them over and bake for another 10-15 minutes until they are a little crispy. Now YOU can be the sweet potato fry girl! 💁🏼‍♀️
